What
is a portfolio? |
| What
is the purpose of a digitital portfolio? |
The Digital Portfolio is designed to provide a richer picture of your work than traditional transcripts allow. Teachers and parents can gain a better understanding of your abilities and accomplishments by actually looking at what you have selected to include and what you have written about the pieces and the process you went through to complete them. You will collect a set of "entries," consisting of work you have completed. What you choose may be the final product of a project as well as your process in developing that product. After choosing the work, you will write a reflection about each piece. It is important that you consider what goals are met by each particular piece of work you choose to enter into your portfolio.
